Make use of that summer zucchini bounty – simply grate some into our already amazing Mac & Cheese. If you’ve got picky eaters, we suggest peeling the zucchini before grating it, then they won’t even know it’s there!

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. In Multipurpose Pot, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, coarsely grate zucchini. You should have about 3 cups. Add to Round Steamer. Cover and microwave on high for 4 min. Drain any excess water from steamer.
  3. Add cooked pasta to steamer with zucchini. Stir in seasoning, milk, and butter until evenly coated.
Tips

Instead of using Round Steamer, cook grated zucchini in Wok with 1 tbsp oil until softened, about 5 min. To cut down on cooking time, wrap grated zucchini in a kitchen towel and squeeze out excess liquid before cooking.

Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Stir 1 lb (450 g) cooked, shredded chicken or turkey into mac & cheese, and serve with 1 cup chopped veggies.
